When you join the PITOM waitlist or create an account, we collect your email address and the date you joined. That is all the personal information we ask for — no name, phone number, address, or payment details.

Like almost every website, our hosting provider processes standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to serve the pages and keep the service secure.

• To email you about the launch and PITOM updates you signed up for.
• To let you sign in and save your discovery preferences.
• To keep the service running and secure.

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with advertisers, and we do not use it for anything beyond what is described here.

Your email is stored securely with our database provider, protected by access controls. Only the PITOM team can access it, and only to run the service.

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. If you want your email removed entirely, reply to any email from us or unsubscribe and we will delete it from our list. No questions asked.

Some activities on PITOM are shown through partner widgets (such as GetYourGuide). If you interact with or book through them, their own privacy policies apply to what you share with them. We recommend reading their policy before booking.

If we ever start collecting more than an email address, we will update this page and change the effective date above before doing so.
