PITOM is a personal discovery platform. You tell it where you are and how much time you have — it hands you one day worth living: real places, real experiences, a route you can actually walk.
01The idea
Most travel sites assume you arrived with a plan: pick a museum, filter by rating, compare tickets. But most of us don't open a map to search — we open it hoping to be surprised. PITOM starts from that feeling.
For us, a place only becomes interesting when something happens in it. A viewpoint is a viewpoint; a viewpoint at golden hour with a market two streets away is an experience. Every PITOM plan is built from that pairing — where to go, and what to do when you get there.

Name a city and the hours you actually have. No accounts, no long forms — just where you are and when.

Art, food, rooftops, weird little museums, water, wildlife — whatever pulls you. Skip it if you'd rather be surprised.

A real route through real places, from free viewpoints and markets to a handful of experiences worth a ticket — each one checked against actual inventory, not invented.
03What's honest here
The best parts of most cities are free — a staircase with a view, a park, a market, a street worth wandering. PITOM ranks free experiences exactly as highly as paid ones. If your day includes a ticketed experience, it's there because it's worth your time, not because someone paid for the placement.
Every place in a plan comes from real, verified inventory — we never invent attractions to fill a gap. When a recommendation comes from one of our ticketing partners, it's clearly labeled, and booking opens their site, not ours.

- What is PITOM?
- PITOM is a personal discovery platform. You tell it where you are and how much time you have, and it builds one walkable day of real places and real experiences instead of an endless list.
- How is PITOM different from a reviews site or a top-10 list?
- PITOM does not rank by review count or popularity. It combines a real place with a real activity and sequences a handful of them into a single route matched to your time and interests, so you get a few surprising, specific finds rather than the same attractions everyone else sees.
- Does PITOM only recommend paid experiences?
- No. Free experiences are ranked equally with paid ones, and PITOM is never optimised for commission. A free viewpoint or market can outrank a ticketed tour in the same plan.
- Where do PITOM's places come from?
- From open mapping data and vetted experience providers. PITOM never invents a place, activity or experience — if it is not in real inventory, it is not in your plan.
- Do I need an account to use PITOM?
- No. You can build a plan straight away by naming a destination, choosing how much time you have and picking a few interests. An account only matters if you want to save plans.
- Can PITOM book flights, hotels or transport?
- No. PITOM focuses on experience discovery. Accommodation, flights and transport are not part of it.
